Since 2019, I've been professionally working with dogs. My first job at a dog boarding facility is what introduced me to the world of grooming. I admired the work I saw of the groomers there, and eventually realized I wanted to pursue it myself. I began my training in 2020 to become a professional dog groomer. Ever since then, I've been learning more everyday and becoming more confident in my skill. Eventually, I took the leap with my husband, Masen, to start our own mobile dog grooming business. I'm blessed with a career that feels incredibly rewarding- not just because of the physical transformations that make a dog look and feel great, but the impact it makes. Mobile grooming allows me to play a positive role in the community with a gentle-hearted approach to each dog's unique needs, and one-on-one connections with my clients.
I got my bachelor's degree in computer science in 2024. I started out working in IT for a little while. I left that job and while in between positions, I got a job in the dog care field. I grew up with dogs my whole life and knew it would be a good fit. I ended up really enjoying the work. Through that job I had gotten acquainted with just about every breed and temperament. I was also introduced to the field of grooming where I would regularly bathe dogs and help the groomers out when needed.
I run day to day operations and groom alongside Sophie. I currently do not do any full haircuts, but do everything our bath package comes with including add-ons.
